Upto six guests can comfortably be accommodated in the two bedrooms which comprise two comfortable double beds and a child-friendly bedroom furnished with a modern set of bunk beds.
A spacious modern bathroom is fitted with a large bath tub, spacious wash basin and vanity area, WC and bidet. Laundry facilities are provided for guests in the residence.
The wonderful private balcony terrace provides the ideal place to relax with a good book and entertain with evening aperitifs before exploring the local lakeside restaurants of Dongo and Gravedona.

Please take note the property has no private parking space you may park on the free public parking area along the road in front of the residence.
From the tranquil mountainside village of Germasino guests can enjoy the full range of amenities on offer along the northern lake. The vibrant nearby resort town of Gravedona enjoys a rich history and plays host each year to traditional boat races, fire work displays, food festivals and free music concerts at the Palazzo Gallio. An authentic pizzeria and sunny public beach can also be enjoyed in nearby Dongo and both towns have good transport links with their bus and passenger ferry service.
Activities along the northern lake are wide and varied and include hiking, cycling, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, kayaking and power boat hire.
The popular Italian Ski resort of Madesimo is just 58km away, providing the ideal day excursion for all the family during the winter months.
