Shaldon village exudes tranquil charm, with sunset beach walks to enjoy alongside live Jazz every Monday at the Clifford Arms. The high season brings with it a range of lively regattas, music events, and the annual Water Carnival.
For daytime amusement one of the best zoos in the UK, the Shaldon Wildlife Trust is located here, alongside the village’s popular sailing, golf, cricket and bowling clubs. Meanwhile Homeyard’s Botanical Gardens are nestled in a secluded Shaldon beauty spot.
